All orders will ship for $9.95 anywhere in the US Continental 48 States; no minimum order size required.
There is no shipping charge for PC navigation software that can be downloaded instead of shipped. There is
no shipping charge for ActiveCaptain Mobile orders.
Available Points and Store Discounts
Captains with 100 or more "Available Store Points" may use those points to receive additional discounts in the ActiveCaptain store for non-software products. Users accumulate points by adding or correcting data, writing reviews, or adding new markers on the ActiveCaptain web site. See the description of points for more information. All additions, corrections, or changes on the ActiveCaptain web site must be approved by the ActiveCaptain Registrar before points are awarded. The awarding of points is at the sole discretion of the Registrar. You must be logged in to receive points and to receive the store discount. You can check your points by going to My Account and looking at "Available Store Points".
Each time you place an order in the ActiveCaptain store, 100 points will be deducted from your "Available Store Points"
total. You can order as many items as you want in a single order and only 100 points will be deducted for the order.
Returns
The ActiveCaptain store offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Software products can be returned for any reason within the return period. Other returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to sales@activecaptain.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Please contact us for details.
